CONCENTRATE ON THE NEEDS OF THE EMPLOYER (Not Yours)
This is the place where you can make no mistakes. Do not tell them why you need the job, instead, try to tell them why they need you for the job. Mention a couple of points that would fulfill the needs of the employer. Before answering, you must think about what exactly the employer’s needs are.
Remember – the answers you express should fill in the need of the employers and not your personal needs.

Focus on your certifications and projects related to the profile that you have applied for. Highlight the recognition that was given to you during your project or awards, on completion of the projects.
